You can have any fruit juice for breakfast. Although it is a healthy drink, fruit juice has very high sugar content without fiber. It is even worse than breakfast bar for the fruit juice will be absorbed easily. It will increase the glucose level in your bloodstream instantly and increase the risk of diabetes.
Processed meats, such as bacon and sausage, are the worst meat. According to Joel Kahn, MD, a cardiologist, processed meats contains more cholesterol and salt. They increase the risk of heart diseases. Eating processed meats for breakfast will increase the risk of getting heart diseases 42% than eating the meats for lunch and dinner.
Bagel with cream cheese or butter
Bagel with butter or cream cheese sound delicious. But, it is one of food you must not eat for breakfast. One bagel equals to some slides of white bread. It is simple carb. If you like bagels, you can choose the whole wheat version and replace the butter or the cream cheese with peanut butter for extra protein.
