1. Glance to the Right and Left
Blink for several times for every time your eyes blink to the right and left alternately without moving your head. Hold on the right side for five minutes as well as for the other side. Do this for 5 times.
2. Glance to the Up and Down
Direct your sight to the up and down from left to right. And then hold on the up and down for 5 times each.
3. Look at the Upside
Direct your eyes to the upside, but keep your head not to look up as well. Hold on for 5 seconds. After that, look at the down side and hold on for 5 seconds as well. Do this move for 5 times each.
