Eat more fiber is the thing that encouraged by almost all experts you can meet in nowadays. Well, basically if your fiber intake in your daily diet is less than what it should be, it can lead to very serious illness such as constipation, cancer in certain intestinal organ, diabetes, and of course, obesity. Those diseases are pretty serious and it can put your life in danger especially if you did not notice the symptoms. So, it is better to boost your consumption of fiber in the daily diet.

Well, by eating too much fat from animal, it leads to the dangerous health condition such as affected by colon cancer. If you eat enough fiber or at least give the fiber a shot, it will protect you from the cancer cells in the colon.

Fiber helps to smooth the bowel movement. How come? Insoluble fiber is able to cover so many waters at the colon area. It stimulates the muscles to speed up the digestion and boost the excretion. Other than that, it is very good for you who want to have toner body muscle.

Fiber is also able to handle the blood sugar level. It means that you can get rid of diabetes and go away from coronary heart issues with eat more fiber.
