Have you known how to be active every day? Every person should be active every day to get healthy body. As we know that sit too long or less movement every day will cause many diseases. So, here some ways for you to start your day by becoming active person:

1. Morning Exercise

Morning exercise is very good for your heath. So, try to do morning exercise every day. You just need 30 minutes to do it, and then you can have healthy body.

Gadget is very useful, but it makes you sit too long. For example, you will buy many thing trough online shop, whereas going to the market will make you healthier.

3. Simple Exercise

If you have job that make you sit too long, so spare some minutes to do simple exercise. It is good for your body.

4. Clean Home

Other activity that will make you active every day is cleaning your home. Cleaning your home will make your body move rightly, so you can be active every day.
