Second, you can consume garlic. You can add garlic into your food because garlic can clean the blood and prevent plaque in your artery. Not only garlic, you can also consume ginger. Ginger is also good to launch your blood circulation.

Next, you can consume salmon because it contains much omega 3. As we know that omega 3 is good to smoothen your blood circulation. You can also consume watermelon and tomato because it contains much lycopene which is good for your blood circulation.
