Kale is vegetable that contains many benefits for humans’ health. It can be as important as broccoli or even spinach. Kale or in Latin name called Brassica oleracea acephala has several types. There are kales with green color and others are in bluish purple. Different with broccoli or cabbage, kale’s leaves do not look like a head.

Kale’s leaves contains so many vitamins that our body needs. These vitamins are including vitamin D, vitamin A, Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin E, folic acid and vitamin K. Kale is also full of important minerals for our body. These minerals including phosphor, iron, magnesium and salt like Na, Zn and K. The other nutrition inside kale is including fat, protein, sugar and little calorie.
